BTS NDRC: new degree, new opportunities

The BTS NDRC is a training program that essentially aims to train salespeople and managers capable of managing all aspects of customer relations. This goes from prospecting to the development of customer loyalty. This diploma comes to replace from the start of the 2018 academic year the BTS NRC.

What is the level required to enter a BTS NDRC?

As soon as you obtain your Bac, it is possible to prepare a BTS NDRC, even if this diploma is mainly aimed at students who hold the:

  • Bac pro Commerce ;
  • Bac pro Sales;
  • Bac technologique STMG ;
  • General Bac ES.
  • The admission is done after a study of the candidate’s file and a motivation interview.

The objectives of the BTS NDRC

The objective of the BTS NDRC is to train multi-skilled sales people who can optimally manage all aspects of customer relations, whether physical or digital. The

3 main axes of this training are :

  • Customer relations and sales negotiation;
  • Remote customer relations and digitalization;
  • Customer relations and network management.

The holder of this diploma will therefore acquire several skills and from there, several opportunities are available on the job market.

The BTS NDRC program

The training for the BTS NDRC is spread over two years. The training program is laid out as follows

  • General culture and expression ;
  • Modern foreign language;
  • Economic, legal and managerial culture;
  • Applied economic, legal and managerial culture;
  • Customer relations and sales negotiation;
  • Remote customer relations and digitalization;
  • Customer relations and network management;
  • Professionalization workshop;
  • LV2 (optional).

Career opportunities for the BTS NDRC

Holders of the BTS NDRC are qualified to work in all professions related to the commercial sector and customer relationship management. Here is a non-exhaustive list of positions for which this diploma qualifies you:

  • Salesperson, Sales representative, Sales advisor, Business manager;
  • Telemarketer; Teleconsultant; Sales technician;
  • Sales representative, E-commerce sales representative;
  • Door-to-door salesperson.

It is also possible to continue your studies after your BTS NDRC with a bac+3 (a professional license or a bachelor). You can also join a specialized business school and follow a bac+5 training.
